Overview
This guide will show you how to allow your participants to share while in a meeting. By default only the host or co-host can share their screen. This can be changed during a live meeting by following this process.
Intended Audience: Faculty
Changing who can Share in a Meeting.
1. While in a zoom meeting, click Security.
2. Click Share Screen.
3. Click off the window and continue the meeting.
