Also, when you are on Shippensburg's Brightspace D2L login page you can perform a system check to make sure your system has all of the technology necessary to properly complete your courses.
Note, it is possible for faculty to embed materials from outside sources including publishers. They may require their own minimum requirements in addition to what D2L requires.
